River

After her mother’s death, 16-year-old River is at a loss with her feelings and doesn’t know what to do. She doesn’t find solace in neither her father, who buries his grief in his work, nor her peers, who lack the experience to comfort her. By chance, River meets Marcus, an outcast living in her neighbourhood. A relationship that starts out as just a way to spend time without thinking suddenly develops into something more when the pair discovers that they have more in common than they initially thought.
