CAMERA EROTICA × VIVA EROTICA × MARIA FAUST - A CINEMATIC ORGY

This time, we’re diving into something truly special.

In collaboration with the Finnish erotic film festival Viva Erotica, we present a unique film programme curated from the archives of Theatre WHS UNION (Helsinki).

Expect a rare selection of 16mm prints: nudies, early pornographic films from the 1930s–60s, and erotic animation - playful, strange, and surprisingly poetic.

Total running time: approx. 60 minutes.

Most of these films were never meant to be seen like this - and many of them arrive to us silent. To bring them to life, the screening will be accompanied by a live performance from Maria Faust - an internationally acclaimed Estonian saxophonist and composer known for her bold, expressive sound and genre-defying approach. Her live score will transform the programme into a one-of-a-kind audiovisual experience.
