Box Office
The box office is opened half an hour before the start of the first screening and closes 15 minutes after the start of the last screening.
Before completing your purchase in the online store, please double-check the tickets in your cart to ensure that the selected cinema tickets correspond to your preferences in terms of quantity, price, date, location, screening time, and film.
Must Käsi MTÜ does not buy back cinema tickets or refund money for purchased cinema tickets, except in cases where the cinema session is canceled due to reasons attributable to the cinema. To claim a refund for a canceled screening, the customer must contact the cinema at the address info@kinosoprus.ee.
Parking
For all Kino Sõprus visitors, there’s a 30% discount available at the Snabb X1 Kaarli pst 2 parking lot.
To activate the discount, scan the QR code found at the cinema’s ticket counter or ask for additional information from the cinema’s customer service representative. You can scan the discount before starting parking and during an ongoing parking session.
