CINEMA SÕPRUS IN-HOUSE RULES 

To ensure a pleasant cinema experience, all cinema visitors and staff must adhere to the house rules of cinema Sõprus. 

CINEMA VISIT 

  • The cinema opens half an hour before the first screening and closes 10 minutes after the start of the last screening. 
  • Access to the screening room ends 10 minutes after the screening start time indicated on the ticket. Latecomers will not be admitted to the screening. 
  • During a screening, leaving the darkened cinema hall is permitted only at your own risk, quietly, and without disturbing other cinema visitors. 
  • For safe movement, please wait in your seat for the lights to come on after the film ends. 
  • Please note that the cinema building does not have elevators or ramps for wheelchair access. 
  • Children under 3 years old can enter free of charge if they sit on an adult's lap. 
  • We recommend not bringing infants to the cinema. 
  • It is forbidden to bring outside food and drinks into the cinema; likewise, firearms and cold weapons, pyrotechnic and other dangerous and prohibited substances or items. 
  • For security reasons, staff have the right to check visitors’ bags. 
  • Entering the cinema with large bags and packages that may obstruct people's movement and jeopardize people's evacuation if needed is prohibited. 
  • The cinema does not store and is not responsible under any circumstances for visitors' personal belongings, including outerwear left in the cloakroom. 
  • Found items should be handed over to the cinema staff at the bar or box office. 
  • Please place trash and recyclables in the designated trash cans. 
  • Cinema visitors are not allowed to place their feet on the seat in front of them or otherwise disturb other cinema visitors sitting in front. 
  • Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is prohibited in the cinema premises. 
  • Please set mobile phones to silent mode and remember that the illuminated screen of mobile phones and other electronic devices disturbs other visitors. 
  • Photographing and filming in the cinema hall during a screening without permission is prohibited. 
  • Cinema visitors are prohibited from damaging cinema property, including cinema seats, equipment, or other items located in the cinema. The cinema has the right to claim the cost of damaged items from the cinema visitor. 
  • Staff have the right to refuse entry or ask to leave without refunding the ticket price to individuals who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, have severe personal hygiene issues, disturb public order, or do not comply with the rules established in the cinema's house rules. In the case of more serious violations, staff have the right to detain a person until the arrival of the security team or police. 
  • The cinema has the right to refuse service to individuals who have previously violated the house rules. 

TICKETS 

  • Tickets can be purchased on-site at the cinema before the start of the screening or on the cinema website www.kinosoprus.ee 
  • On-site payments can be made in cash or by bank card. 
  • Discounts are valid only upon presentation of a document proving the entitlement to the discount. 
  • Group discounts can only be offered based on prior agreements and bookings. For more information, please contact info@kinosoprus.ee 
  • For screenings with age restrictions, the visitor is obliged to prove their age upon the request of the customer service representative. 
  • When purchasing a ticket, please check its accuracy (film name, screening time, etc.) immediately; when purchasing online, before making the payment. Unfortunately, the cinema cannot accommodate later claims. 
  • The cinema does not buy back tickets or refund money for purchased tickets, except in cases where a screening does not take place due to reasons caused by the cinema. To get a refund for a canceled screening, the customer must contact the cinema in writing at info@kinosoprus.ee 
  • Special events and events organized by third parties may be subject to different ticket sales terms and conditions (including discounts, prices, sales channels, sales times, etc.) that differ from these house rules and the information on the cinema website. 
  • Please keep your cinema ticket until the end of the screening. 

GENERAL 

  • The cinema reserves the right to change these house rules at any time without prior notice. 
  • The cinema reserves the right to make changes to the program. 
  • The cinema reserves the right to establish additional rules and conditions for special events. 
  • The cinema program and answers to frequently asked questions are available on the cinema website
