The NY Portuguese Short Film Festival (NYPSFF), produced by the Arte Institute, was the first Portuguese short film festival in the United States. It showcases the most recent short film productions by Portuguese directors and writers, including fiction, animation and documentary. 

The festival has been a unique showcase for the Portugal brand, for contemporary Portuguese cinema, and has opened doors for new young directors. In the 12 previous editions, NYPSFF has reached all the continents, 24 countries and 53 cities.

The festival program consists of 10 Portuguese short films and will last for about 95 minutes. The evening will be introduced by the Head of The Representation Office of Portugal in Tallinn, Mr. Adelino Vieira da Cunha Silva. 

The event is free entry, and we will also be serving some sweet Portuguese pastries and wine to compliment the films and the viewing experience.
