The most anticipated event of the year for horror and zombie film fans. Three screenings on three consecutive evenings.

On 27 June, the long-awaited sequel to the post-apocalyptic zombie thrillers "28 Days Later"(2002) and "28 Weeks Later" (2007) will finally hit cinemas – "28 Years Later".

The film is directed by British maestro and Academy Award-winner Danny Boyle, who also directed the first film in the trilogy. Having previously worked as a producer on the second instalment, Boyle now returns to the director’s chair, bringing with him some serious creative firepower – co-writer Alex Garland and actor-producer Cillian Murphy.

Before "28 Years Later" premieres, Sõprus will present special screenings of the first and second films on the two preceding evenings.

This is a rare opportunity to experience the earlier chapters on the big screen once more, especially as "28 Days Later" was, until the end of last year,  unavailable on streaming platforms due to rights issues. Now, the entire trilogy is being shown exclusively at the Sõprus cinema.
