Iberofest on festival, mille eesmärgiks on tutvustada Eestis Iberoameerika riikide kirevat ja mitmepalgelist kultuuri. Iberofesti nimi tuleneb Eestis veel vähetuntud terminist Iberoameerika, mis hõlmab hispaania- ja portugalikeelseid riike Euroopas ning Lõuna- ja Kesk-Ameerikas. Festivali algatas Hispaania suursaatkond 2014. aasta märtsis, et anda teistele Iberoameerika saatkondadele võimalus enda riiki siinmail laiemalt tutvustada ja kultuuri kaudu Eestiga sidemeid tihendada. Iberofest kestab terve kuu ja selle kava hõlmab erinevaid üritusi nii muusika, kunsti, tantsu, gastronoomia, kirjanduse kui kino vallast. Lisaks saatkondadele löövad kaasa ka kohalikud koostööpartnerid ja hispaania keele keskused Tallinnas. Loodame, et õpite nende erinevate sündmuste abil meie rikast ja mitmekülgset kultuuripärandit paremini tundma.
